COVID-19 Safety
No contact pick-up and drop off:
All items will be delivered or picked up with little to no contact between the customer and the OTA employee. All items will be placed in totes for the customer to access at pick up and the totes will be brought back for customers to place returns in. In some cases the totes will be left with the customer.
24 hrs between rentals of equipment:
The will be a minimum of 24 hrs between each individual item being rented out giving time for proper sanitation.
Sanitation protocols:
ALL items will be sanitized upon return and again before going out for rental. Sanitation includes both washing and UV treatment.
